Obama: Steve Jobs and Innovators Visionary Men
Speech sympathy and condolences for the death of the founder of Apple Inc. Steve Jobs continued to arrive from world figures. No exception of U.S. President Barack Obama who called him a visionary Steve Jobs.
“Steve is one of the great American innovators. Dare to think differently, have a great confidence to change the world. And very talented,” Obama said as quoted by Reuters on Thursday (10/06/2011).
Not to forget the bosses of the world IT companies such as Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg also convey a sense of loss. Men who died at the age of 56 that a friend once called them as rivals.
“I met Steve about 30 years ago, and for this we befriended and competed. A very great honor for those who have worked with him,” said Microsoft boss Bill Gates.
“Steve, thank you has been a mentor and friend. Thank you for showing what you made ??have to change the world. I feel your loss,” said the boss and founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Jobs died at the age of 56 years. He leaves a wife named Laurene and three children from her marriage. Jobs also known to have a daughter from previous partners.
Apple itself has announced officially, concerning the death of Jobs. Unfortunately, no mention of the cause. It’s just sore because the possibility of pancreatic cancer Jobs had suffered since 2004.
“The world has lost a remarkable man,” said Tim Cook Apple’s CEO.
